The policy we follow for customers are the following :

• If you want to make a reservation,  then the safest way is to click on our website : http://www.gaiastudios-chalkidiki.com/en/  ,   and click on “ Book Now ” where two options will appear.

1.Either you deposit 30% of the total amount in our commercial bank account,  or by sending us remittance to the same bank account.

2. You can pay us the 30% through your credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) by giving us the number of the card and follow the directions that will appear to you. 

• The remaining amount will be paid upon your arrival.

• In case you want to cancel your reservation you can do it 30 days before your arrival by taking back the full amount you paid. If you cancel your reservation in less than 30 days of your arrival then the money will not be refunded.
   

Low season : from 01/05/2020 to 15/07/2020 and from 14/09/2020 to 01/10/2020

High Season: From 15/07/2020 to 24/08/2020 and

Period          : From 24/08/2020 to 14/09/2020
